This includes inspection and quality control during construction or installation, as-built documentation showing what was actually installed on the ground, and ongoing collaboration with NRCS as needed during planning refinements and installation steps. The selected partner must also have the expertise to provide technical assistance related to wetland restoration planning and management, not just construction labor. Reporting is required at least monthly, with status updates on work in progress and any additional documentation required by NRCS standards and specifications.
